Why, when I upload a new version of an existing PowerPoint presentation, under the same name as the previous version, I do not see the changes in the slides when they are displayed?

The reason is that your previous version of PowerPoint slides are being cached by Internet Explorer.  When you load the new slide, Internet Explorer is loading the old version of the slide that is has stored in cache.

There are two ways to fix this problem:

1. Right click on the slide not showing the changes and click on Refresh.

2. Use our Clear Cache Utility:

• Clear Cache utility: clears Internet Explorer cache. This is helpful when a PowerPoint presentation or document has been modified and re-uploaded to the document center, but still displays the old version in the conference room due to IE caching.
