Why, when I enter a room and try to talk does my microphone not work and I only see an image of a hand being held up? I know my microphone works because I tested it immediately before entering the room.
The host of the webinar, in all probability, has muted the microphones of all participants... which is what we recommend that they do. This means that, even though your microphone works... it will not be usable or active during your session. We recommend, for all webinars, that participants submit questions and comments using the text chat feature of the system.
