Plug-In Download Problems
What can cause this problem?

Your firewall may be preventing you from downloading
installing applications to your PC.

You may need Administrator privileges from your
organization to download and install applications.

The security on your local PC is preventing you from
downloading the plug-in.
What can I do to resolve this problem?
There are two options.

Use the IDEAL Conference web client to log into the room.
This does not require you to download our plug-in. However, it does
require that you have Flash Player installed on your PC in order to hear the
presenter.

Contact your IT organization, tell them what you are trying
to do, and point them to the following resources:

Ping Test: tests the presence of an
active connection between your PC and the IDEAL Conference® server

Server Status Test: tests the status
of the IDEAL Conference® server

Winsock Fix: attempts to fix winsock
which is a common problem after spyware infection and may prevent users from
connecting to the server when logging into a conference room.
